experienced drivers. At Climate we know that to expand our business and operations
we need to meet the needs of our drivers. Needs such as adequate time at home,
convenient 24 hr advance monies, limited deadhead and weekly payroll via direct
deposit. We offer regional and long hauls, with dispatchers who are courteous

Driver Qualifications:
• 23 Years of Age
• 2 Years Verifiable Over The Road Experience
• No Serious Preventable Accidents In Last 5 Years
• No Excessive Violations
• Safe Driving Record
• No DUIs In Last 5 Years
Company Drivers:
• Competitive Compensation Package
• $25 Stop Pay For Each Additional Pick Up And Drop
• Average 3,000 Miles Per Week Single / 5,000-6,000 Miles Per Week
Team
• No Touch Freight / Company Pays Unloading
• Home At Least Every Other Weekend
