- Drivers are Paid Premier Practical Route Miles, while under dispatch, loaded & empty.
- Starting Rate is between .55-.60 cpm (cents per mile) for OTR drivers. .10 of cpm is per diem, which is not taxable income.
- Annual raise and the amount is determined by Driver Performance & company policy adherence.
- Detention, layover and additional compensation(s) pay is based on customer contracts & Company Policy
- Health- Employee Premium based on current year health plan pricing
- Life Insurance- 15K provided for all full-time employees. Premium paid by company. Additional coverage available based insurance governed rates.
- Dental- Employee Premium based on current year health plan pricing
- Vision- Provided for employee.
- Paid Vacation- 1 week after first year anniversary. 2 weeks after 2nd year anniversary. Vacation pay is based on average miles over previous 52 weeks
- Short Term Disability-Weekly premium based on insurance provider rates. 60% of weekly earning prior to the disability up to $500.00 cap. Benefit taxed.
- 401K- Safe harbor matching contribution. To maintain "safe harbor" status, Climate Express will make a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of your salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of your compensation plus 50% of your salary deferrals between 3% and 5% of your compensation. This safe harbor matching contribution is 100% vested.
